Wendi’s passion for property spans over 25 years. Born in the North of England, her career in property started at an early age and she was soon enthusiastically selling properties all over Europe. From there she went on to open her own Yorkshire based Property Management company and then furthered her career with a contract with a large not-for-profit Housing Commission where she was an instrumental part of the winning team for the most Initiative Real Estate Agency of The Year Award.
She moved to Melbourne in 2012 where she continued her real estate journey by owning and managing her own successful real estate business during which time she attracted multi-suburb awards for her outstanding customer service, marketing and home-styling creativity.
Her clients describe her as friendly, approachable, professional, hardworking and dedicated. Focussing on customer service and outstanding results in order to make each client’s journey as smooth as possible, in what sometimes can be a very challenging and stressful time.
In her downtime, she loves spending time with her young grandchildren. They enjoy doing outdoor activities together including kayaking, waterskiing and long walks with her little dachshund!
She now brings her passion and vast sales knowledge to the Sunshine Coast with her desire to assist sellers, buyers and investors to purchase and sell a variety of real estate in this ever-changing market.
Wendi is now a Coolum Beach resident and servicing all areas, from Yandina and surrounding areas, to Coolum. You are definitely in safe hands with Wendi!
